Job title:

Project Manager - Air Traffic Management Systems (ATM) - Based in Singapore

Contract type:

Permanent contract

The Technical Lead will join our Singapore business where we are entering an exciting stage of growth with a strategic objective to centralize core aviation capability for Asia within the geography.

Job description:

Project framework

Review and update the Project Management Plan and associated documents
Organize the internal meetings
Organize the team mobilization all along the project

Estimating and planning

Update the schedule, the costs, the performance, and risks.
Coordinate the Egis team (including subcontractors) and adapt the workload according the needs of the project within the contractual framework

Measuring and controlling

Oversee, manage and control the performance of the Project
Monitor and evaluate the progress of the project
Implement corrective actions when actual status does not align with planned status.

Reporting

Present regular reports for Project director and senior management in relation to the project
Regular communication with the Partners, Subcontractors and Directors

Leading and Directing

Leading and directing requires communication and coordination among all project stakeholders, both internal and external.
Liaise with the client representative(s)

Managing risks

Risk management is concerned with identifying and mitigating potential problems before they become real problems

Finance

Ensure the delivery and billing during the whole project

Profile:

Bachelor or Master Degree (or above) awarded by a tertiary institution in any part of the world or equivalent
Project Management certificate is preferred (PMP or PRINCE)
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Project, Outlook)
Excellent command of written and spoken English
Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience post qualification
Aviation related studies with strong requirements for International experience related to System Engineering & Airport/Air Traffic Management or Central Navigation Systems
Proven experience in Project Management and Project Delivery is mandatory
A proven track record of working on a complex program
Experience of working with the MAA, CAA, FAA and other regulatory authorities would be a distinct advantage
Previous experience expatriated in a foreign office environment is preferred
Preferred with experience working with various ANSPs or major airports
