The incumbent will have the responsibility to lead all facets of the Environment programs worldwide, including, policies & procedures, communication, training, data monitoring & accuracy and rating agency.

Main Accountabilities:
- Training: support the operating groups by training the leaders on the GHG protocol and on the emissions accounting mechanisms in BV
- Scope 3 supplier engagement: Deploy the supplier engagement survey with the top partners, measure performance and ensure emissions reduction in alignment with our SBTi objectives;
- Scope 1 & 2: support operating groups on their emissions reduction journey by helping define a strategy and implement the necessary climate actions to achieve our SBTi targets;
- Data consistency: implement the necessary solutions to ensure data consistency on scope 1, 2 and 3. Perform data analysis and spot checks to detect improvements and deploy action plans.
- Interaction with rating agencies like CDP, to ensure the highest level of performance.
- Communication: Deploy communication and awareness campaigns to increase our workforce perception on climate related issues.

External - Regular interaction with rating agencies, in particular the CDP, to reply to assessment questionnaires.
Internal - QHSE Network on the various dimensions highlighted above.

-> Job Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- 5 + years in Climate Action positions;
- Experience/knowledge with the CDP questionnaire;
- Knowledge and experience in managing HSE management systems;
- Knowledge of the GHG protocol and familiar with CO2e emissions accounting systems;
- Strategic thinking and ability to communicate the direction and vision;
- Ability to train and educate various levels of the organization;
- Operational positioning is a must versus compliance approach.
