Offer & Marketing Executive Assistant (M/F)

You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:_**- Manage the agendas according to priorities; screen calls and accommodate physical appointments

Organize various internal meetings with associated agenda items and presentations
Organize and monitor travel (in France and abroad), as well as manage the team's travel budget
Support for direct reports
Prepare and control expense reports
Organize and prepare seminars & events with internal teams, brands and countries (e.g. brand conventions).
Welcome newcomers (requests for computer equipment, office layout, etc.)

Significant experience in supporting and assisting top executives
Complete fluency in French and English (compulsory)
Strong interpersonal skills and bond building
Driven by a strong sense of customer service
Ability to adapt and be discreet
Organizational capacity
Spirit of initiative and autonomy

Pragmatism and operational vision
Mastery of computer tools (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
