As part of our efforts to provide our employees with the best collaborative tools and to adapt to new ways of working, we are seeking a Digital Employee Experience Product Owner (Digital PO) to drive the development and enhancement of our digital collaboration tools.

Group Digital conducts its missions in close collaboration with all Rothschild & Co divisions.

Through a collaborative approach, the team helps business lines build and deliver their digital roadmap in line with their strategic business objectives and provides operational support in products and initiatives implementation.


One main focus for the digital team is to support employees with collaborative tools in order to gain efficiency and performance, and better collaborate.


In that sense, the Digital Employee Experience (DEX) workstream has been created in 2023 in order to bring in a unified and coherent group-wide approach regarding non-business-specific collaborative tools for all employees within the group.

As of today, the DEX is supporting three different types of products:

  • Ms teams, our number one collaboration solution for the group-The Digital PO will be in charge of managing DEX products portfolio from inception to adoption: understand business lines requirements and demands; align businesses' needs on collaboration tools; define the best process to choose and implement new tools, define and implement adoption, training, and KPIs approach.


In order to conduct his/her mission, the Digital PO will work closely with all business lines and cross-functional teams including IT, legal, procurement, infosec, HR, comms etc...


Responsabilites- Ownership and responsibility of a portfolio of internal collaboration products, mostly products from the market integrated into our IT ecosystem.- Define and maintain collaboration tools roadmap ensuring it reflects user needs, business and stakeholders' objectives and priorities.

The role interacts closely with business lines.- Lead the product lifecycle from selection, identification, testing, integration, adoption, continuous improvement, or replacement.- Stay informed about industry trends, products and emerging technologies related to digital collaboration and liaise with vendors to ensure cost / benefit optimisation for Rothschild & Co.- Define and monitor KPIs - propose product adjustments if needed.- Provide regular status update on digital employee experience products to relevant stakeholders.- Manage portfolio and products' governance to ensure effective collaboration between different teams to drive product development efficiently.- Operate a constant market watch on innovative internal collaboration solutions.


In particular on MS Teams- Collaboration with internal teams (Technical owner, business owner, etc.).- Collaboration with Microsoft and Ave point (Rothschild and Co's permissioning system) to understand the impact of releases and new features on the business.- Adoption and engagement continuous approach and monitoring to ensure that MS Teams is utilised in the best possible way.

Key interactions

The Digital PO will facilitate a community of representatives from each business and support functions to understand business needs and define Business Use Cases:

  • Business divisions: the Digital PO will be interacting with key stakeholders and decision makers from the business
  • IT BRMs/ technical owners:
The Digital PO will work closely with the Business Relationship managers specially on tools implementation and integration

  • Architecture team:
the architecture team assesses the tool alignment to the R&Co IT infrastructure and helps structure the high level design of the solution

  • Transverse functions:
InfoSec, IT Sec, legal, procurement, HR, Comms, etc. all along the product lifecycle.- External vendors

Profile- Successful track record of minimum 10 years in digital projects and product
