We are looking for our next Marketing Project Manager who will be working within the Marketing team (~60 team members).

You will report to the Marketing Operations Director and you will work in very close collaboration with our CMO, our marketing team and other Brevo teams like Product, Sales, etc.

in order to ensure the coordination and good execution of the marketing strategy and our high impact marketing projects.

This is an incredible opportunity to get to know everything about marketing at a fast-growing SaaS scale-up. You will also get to work with other teams here at Brevo beyond Marketing.


As a Marketing Project Manager, you will:

  • Own the Marketing Planning in order to have a centralized view of our marketing strategy and execution and support prioritization of the different Marketing initiatives
  • Ensure alignment of Marketing teams with the highlevel Planning (keeping the teams informed, ensuring they update their respective roadmaps, etc.)
  • Create and manage comprehensive plans for our marketing projects that include the launch of new products, new marketing campaigns (e.g. clarifying tasks, building and maintaining the reverse planning) and events (brand or field) if needed
  • Define projects' success indicators and own the results tracking in alignment with our marketing pipeline to measure the business impact
  • Track project milestones and communicate regular status updates to all project stakeholders (recurring project meetings, asynchronous communication)
  • Drive momentum to keep the deadlines (including pushing the progress of the project ahead, identifying risks and mitigation actions)

What will contribute to your success:

  • You have graduated in Business Management/Marketing/Economics/Finance
  • 23 years of experience in marketing, operations, growth, ideally in a Saas environment or in business consulting
  • You have excellent communication skills and know how to navigate an organization
  • You are curious by nature and interested in making an impact
  • Resultsoriented approach and focus on getting things done
  • Motivation to take ownership of high impact projects, clearly communicate progress, and deliver on time
  • Team player with a proactive mindset and strong interpersonal skills to work in a collaborative environment
  • English fluency is required as we work in English. French is also a plus
