What you'll do & Who you are

A fixed-term contract as part of a maternity leave replacement - Available as soon as possible, until September 1, 2024.

Within the Media and Reputation team, you will work under the responsibility of the Press Relations, Social Networks and Influence Manager where you will be mainly in charge of the animation of the brand's BtoC social networks.

Tasks:

Support and grow Le Boncoin's communities on social networks:
Management of editorial planning
Participation in brainstorming sessions and social network strategies
Instagram: editing of post feeds, stories and moderation. Followup on various content creations with our partners.
Production of inhouse content, mainly for Tik Tok, in collaboration with another community manager.
Weekly performance reports on posts and campaigns.
Monitor platform news and competition.

Skills required:

Creativity
Excellent spelling
Organizational skills to keep track of different networks and assignments
Good interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners
Perfect knowledge of social networks: best practices and constraints
Interest in secondhand goods in general. For this position, knowledge of decoration is a plus
Mastery of Google Suite
Availability in case of emergency (an oncall system is set up on a rotating basis within the team)
