Your Role:
Maintenance Technician / Boat Technician

As a valued member of the Le Boat team, you will play a pivotal role in preparing our boat yard for the upcoming season.

Your responsibilities will include receiving boats, winter preparations, spring commissioning, fall hauling, and stocking the marine shop.

What You Will Be Doing:

Maintain our fleet to the highest standards for customer satisfaction and reliability.
Ensure boats are in impeccable condition for presentation.
Follow manufacturer maintenance schedules.
Gain handson experience in installing electrical and mechanical equipment, including small fiberglass repairs (training provided).
Collaborate closely with the Head Tech & Base Manager to efficiently prioritize tasks.
Be ready to travel to offsite locations for emergency repairs.
Participate in hauling/launching, commissioning, decommissioning, and gas dock operations as required.
Take charge of mechanical maintenance/repairs on 36 and 45ft. fiberglass boats, handling technical interventions on pumps, batteries, diesel engines, electrical, propane, and hydraulic connections.

What We Are Looking For:

Skills, Experience, Knowledge, Qualifications, and Training

Technical studies or handson experience related to diesel engines, hydraulic systems, water pumps, or HVAC repair and general maintenance.
Previous experience in boat maintenance is highly advantageous.
A strong desire to learn and enhance technical skills.
Ability to interpret specifications and installation instructions.
Knowledge of marine diesels and proficient systems is a plus.
Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills.
Passion for boating and prior experience are welcomed.
Valid driver's license.
Ability to work onsite in Hesse, Alsace, France.
Fluency in French (additional languages like
English, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, or German is a bonus). _
Full eligibility to work in France._
