- Aggregate HR data from diverse sources, including HRIS, payroll systems, employee surveys, and performance evaluations.
- Clean, validate, and analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations related to employee engagement, turnover, recruitment, performance, and other critical HR metrics.
- Prepare regular HR reports and presentations, collaborating with HR leaders and stakeholders to define and implement relevant KPIs and HR metrics aligned with organizational objectives.
- Design data models and develop dashboards to effectively track and visualize HR metrics.
- Establish benchmarks and targets for evaluating HR performance and progress.
- Offer data-driven insights and recommendations to inform HR strategy, talent management, and organizational development endeavors.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy through the implementation of robust data governance practices.
- Establish and maintain HR databases, conducting audits to rectify data discrepancies or inconsistencies.
- Stay updated of industry trends and best practices in HR analytics and metrics.
- Propose process enhancements to optimize data collection, analysis, and reporting efficiency.
- Provide comprehensive training to teams on HR data.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in HR information systems and data reporting tools.
- Advanced skills in data analysis and visualization tools (, Excel, Power BI).
- Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and methodologies.
- Familiarity with a range of HRISs and other HR-related systems.
- Experience in people management
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities for effectively conveying complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Keen attention to detail coupled with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Thorough understanding of HR processes and practices.
