This role requires strong operational partnership with the Operation teams, supporting the Offshore Wind costing processes across the spectrum from commercial to NPI to projects in execution.

Partner cross functionally (product, design engineers, supply chain, PMO, Services, Finance) to drive optimal performance ( cost, fulfillment, quality, cash) and profitability through the Supply Chain and Project execution.

Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market.


Ce poste nécessite de travailler en étroite collaboration avec le service Chaîne d'approvisionnement mondiale et les équipes opérationnelles, en soutenant le responsable de la stratégie de prix pour la chaîne d'approvisionnement Offshore Wind.

Le/La titulaire du poste travaille en partenariat avec plusieurs services (produits, ingénieurs de conception, chaîne d'approvisionnement, PMO, services, finances) pour optimiser les performances (coûts, exécution, qualité, trésorerie) et la rentabilité sur l'ensemble de la chaîne d'approvisionnement et tout au long de l'exécution du projet.

Connaître les bonnes pratiques et savoir dans quelle mesure son propre domaine d'activité s'intègre à celui des autres ; connaître les concurrents et les facteurs qui les différencient sur le marché


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Estimating product cost, standards, & handbook; proposal support; set and execute product strategy, builds process to determine restructuring needs. May be involved in defining product requirements used to develop cost estimates.
  • Developing specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in own job discipline or field. Serves as best practice/quality resource. Has awareness of latest functional developments in own area. Contributes towards strategy and policy development, and ensures delivery within area of responsibility.
  • Skilled influencer, able to communicate complex messages to others. Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. May lead small projects with moderate risks and resource requirements. Explains difficult or sensitive information; works to build consensus. Developing persuasion skills required to influence others on topics within field.
  • Impacts approaches, projects and programs in the functional area or affected business organization and ways of working. Impacts quality, efficiency and effectiveness of own team. These jobs have significant input into their priorities. Jobs at this level tend to be covered by professional practices and policies but these are shaped by the role. Working within broad guidelines and policies, roles at this level have moderate autonomy, requiring high levels of evaluative judgment.
  • Uses judgment to make decisions or solve moderately complex tasks or problems that impact the function. Takes new perspective on existing solutions. Required Qualifications

  • This role requires significant experience in the Finance & Product Cost. Knowledge level is comparable to a Master's degree from an accredited university or college
  • Significant finance experience in analytical roles
  • Previous OFW experience
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.
  • Graduated from OFLP
  • Knowledge of the Renewable Energy industry environment and processes, operational acumen and understanding. Previous exposure to Offshore wind and Wind market is considered a plus
  • Strong crossfunctional collaboration skills
  • Fluency in French
