YOUR ROLE:


Within the Human Resources Department, as a direct report of the Head of Talent Acquisition France Benelux, you are responsible for recruiting, onboarding and following our interns and apprentices, for all the group's businesses in France.


Your main missions will be the following:

Talent Acquisition:


  • Manage the local recruitment strategy to attract, retain and develop our young talents (internships & apprenticeships) for the entire business and sites in France employees)
  • Recruit, Lead and manage your local Campus teams (1 intern and 1 apprentice reporting to you)
  • Participate in budget management alongside the Talent Acquisition Team

Employer Branding:


  • Focus on developing and improving internal events to improve the employee experience (measured by the HappyTrainees survey)
  • Participate in the communication campaign by creating content (video, articles, posts...) that will be broadcasted on our social media accounts and job boards (WelcomeToTheJungle, Jobteaser).

Academic Relation:


  • Develop trusted and longterm partnerships with a network of local & international schools
  • Detect opportunities and initiate the partnerships from the contact initiation to the negation and signature of the contract
  • Coordinate and participate in the events (job dates, conferences) to promote Henkel employer branding and connect directly with students
  • Projects Involvment in various local or international projects, in your area of expertise (Recruitment, Employer Branding) and other potential volunteer activities (steering comittes or punctual actions)

YOUR SKILLS:


  • Bachelor/Master Degree in HR, Communication or Marketing
  • A first experience in recruitment/campus management activity in an international environment
  • Digital savy with significant knowledge of professional social networks & jobboards
  • Energy, commitment and a true leadership
  • Passion for people with a proactive and collaborative mentality
  • Entrepreuneurial mindset with outstanding organization skills
  • Native French, with a strong command of English (verbal and writing)
