The Solution Transition is a key role in the pre-sales process.

You will work closely with the Solution Manager to define the best transition strategy for the services but their transformation.

You will be required to participate in business validation meetings with our clients' IT departments and to provide support for the projects for which you are responsible.

You will work in a French and English speaking environment.


Your main activities are:


  • Listening to and understanding the needs of our customers from a business and technological point of view,
  • Integrating customer requirements and constraints
  • Defines the T&T strategy in collaboration with the "solution Architects" and the "solution manager".
  • Defines and documents assumptions for T&T projects.
  • Evaluates the risks and values them
  • Realization of a macroplanning that will be organized in "stream" (project/subproject).
  • A powerpoint Macroplanning
  • Defines the organization of the project and the evaluation of the loads
  • Drafting of the Client proposal including a detailed description of the project "streams".
  • Defines the completion and acceptance criteria for each stream
  • Defines the project RACI's between the third parties
  • Describes and defends your project,
  • Identifies the value added of proposed solutions,
  • Challenges transformation projects,
  • Adhere to internal validation processes,
  • Participate in due diligence and contract launch phases.
The main responsibility of the solution transition manager is to guarantee the operational relevance of the proposed projects. The size of the deals you will be in charge of is from 10 to more than 100 M€.

Profile required

You have a proven experience (minimum 10 years) in the IT business (CIO, IT production manager, Consultant, Client manager,...).

You have an excellent understanding of the business and technological challenges of our customers. You have an excellent experience in project management

  • Mastery of French and English.
