Job Purpose:

Source & negotiate the ingredients raw materials needed for the productions of the finished goods in our 4 business units while managing timing, quality, sustainability and costs in line with functional, business, region & Suntory objectives.

Monitor & optimize procurement strategy of his/her ingredients subcategories, build and manage a suppliers panel.

Your mission:

Accountability 1 :
Market insights & strategies improvement
Follow up market evolutions regularly to identify new risks & opportunities

Bring & promote proactively to stakeholders relevant market information & innovations

Prepare / improve master strategy for other all sub-categories in accordance with the master procurement & business strategy

Specifically on additives :
Analyse of futures market impacts and develop alternative coverage policies

Keep alert, anticipate and identify relevant regulatory or reputational risks

Accountability 2 :
Quality & risk management
Hold regular BRM with suppliers. Besides negotiation areas, monitor quality & KPI's adherence

In a close collaboration with SPM roles, improve quality of top offenders based on a 80/20 approach, having clear action plans and follow up done during the year.

Prepare & contribute proactively to suppliers bi-annual reviews

Maintain risk analysis & ensure we have BCP in place with our key partners

Develop alternative sourcing (locations, suppliers, specifications) when relevant

For selected strategical suppliers, sign regional legal framework agreements & register them in the system

Evaluate and follow internal customer satisfaction, developing action plan when needed

Act as facilitator of the relationship between suppliers and other internal functions

Accountability 3 :
Innovation
Together with cat manager, support & enhance business CSR engagements & organic topics

Come up & follow a pipeline of Cost Out - Value In ideas

Be an active member oF Procurement - R&D - Marketing community

Accountability 4 :
Budget & cost optimisation / Performance reporting
Build, structure & organise multiple tenders

Analyse subcategories value chain & suppliers positioning, breakdown and interests

Drive negotiations on all the terms & conditions including prices review with a TCO approach

Deliver financial targets for the portfolio

Set budget standard prices for his/her subcategories & follow purchase price variances

Ensure appropriate reporting to the Procurement management

Your Background:

University degree level, technical or economical A Procurement or CSR specialization is a +

Purchasing/supply chain experience

Knowledge and experience of the relevant industry sector

Excel, PPT & Procurement IT tools

Fluent in English & French; Spanish is a +

Procurement operations & negotiation

Excellent communication & people skills

Team player, Cross-cultural spirit
