Purpose of the Job

Responsibilities

Support the implementation of the turnkey requirement management, configuration and change management and documentation management processes and tools on the projects including the actual management of these activities at the start of the project pending the effective mobilisation of the dedicated resources by the project
Support the assessement of the project resources dedicated to these activities
Develop the turnkey requirement management, configuration and change management and documentation management processes training material
Collect the feedbacks and REX from the projects to sustain these processes and tools referential and the way to deploy them
Ensure the consistency of the turnkey referential with the Alstom subsystems ones

Educational Requirements
University Degree in Engineering.

Experience & Profile

Knowledge of requirement management, configuration and change management and documentation management processes
Knowledge of DOORS, Clearquest and Projectwise tools
At least 3 years of experience in requirement management, configuration and change management and documentation management on industrial or building projects
Good communication & presentation skills
English required, other languages are a plus (Spanish/Arabic/Portuguese)
