- Red-team conversational AI systems using jailbreaks, prompt injections, misuse cases, and bias exploitation
- Annotate failures, classify vulnerabilities, and flag systemic risks
- Follow structured taxonomies, benchmarks, and testing playbooks
- Produce reproducible reports, datasets, and attack cases
- Evaluate sensitive outputs involving bias, misinformation, and harmful behaviors
- Native-level fluency in English and French
- Prior red-teaming experience (AI adversarial testing, cybersecurity, or socio-technical probing)
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to identify system weaknesses
- Ability to clearly communicate risks to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Comfort working across multiple projects and structured evaluation frameworks
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
