    RESPONSABILITIES

Procurement Excellence Responsibilities:


  • Develop procurement policies, governance, guidelines, processes, framework contracts, methodologies and tools for the Group
  • Drive, support and monitor procurement best practices from internal and external sources, including relevant training programs, supplier risk management and procurement KPIs reportings.
  • Act as Business Process Owner for Procurement (procuretopay process) and lead Procurement Excellence initiatives
  • Propose and drive procurement digitalization vision, roadmap and budget including selection and implementation of new tools, with support of a Procurement Data Analyst
  • Drive the optimization of procurement KPI's and ensure procurement capabilities are properly leveraged to deliver the target procurement performance.
  • Lead cross functional initiatives and drive continuous improvement and innovations
  • Ensuring effective teamwork, collaboration, and close dialogue with all interfacing functions
  • Develop a datadriven culture and ensure the availability of uptodate, integrated, and consistent procurement data.

Procurement Operations Responsibilities:


  • Scope of Responsibility: Manage a +150m EUR spend at Group level (mainly Europe) with suppliers
  • Supervise our Procurement Project Managers (PPMs) located in the sites and in charge of direct (raw materials and packaging) and indirect for the spend (+120m EUR spend) in the factories
  • Management of the PPMs in their core activities : project management, cost optimization, negotiations with local suppliers, risk management, supplier service optimization and PPV analysis

EXPERIENCE PROFILE

  • Minimum 812 years proven experience in procurement, with minimum 4 years working in a factory and minimum 3 years in a procurement excellence role, ideally within the Healthcare, Pharmaceutical or FMCG sectors.
  • Experience in international and multicultural environments
  • Master's degree level, ideally in Engineering or Business Administration and a specialization in Procurement Management or related field.

COMPETENCIES

  • Thorough knowledge of "best in class" Sourcing and Procurement processes, with previous 'Source to Contract' S2C multi location and stakeholder implementation experience a must, including dashboard/report building, workflow management and template development
  • Successfully developed and implemented sourcing policies and strategies within an organisation
  • Strong data analysis capability to support category strategy development and legal contract knowledge
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and develop highperforming procurement teams with a focus on fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, conveying the benefits of procurement transformation effectively.
  • Handson approach with a high level of ownership and accountability.
  • Selforganized, result oriented, cando attitude, ambitious and humble.
  • Compliance: Indepth knowledge of procurement regulations, compliance standards, and ethical practices, including expertise in implementing cuttingedge compliance monitoring solutions.
