The Service department, in charge of commercial management (contract negotiation, invoicing) and the preventive and curative maintenance of Vestas turbines installed in France, is looking for a Service Contract Engineer who will work within the CustoZmer Support unit and organize a portfolio of clients under contract and to ensure coordination between the Sales and Maintenance teams, with the main goal of ensuring the satisfaction of our customers.

Responsibilities

You will have the following responsibilities:

Develop the customers portfolio while developing relationships by actively participating in customer satisfaction.
Promote and sells parts and services required for maintenance.
Build and promote offers to optimize the financial performance of maintenance contracts.
Ensure interdepartment coordination within the Vestas Group to resolve customer issues.
Participate in the interaction between the maintenance, logistics, technology, construction department and sales operations teams.
Ensure the financial monitoring of contracts in relation to our administrative and financial support department.
Application, followup and respect QSE rules of the Group.

Qualifications

Industrial Engineer Diploma or Business School.
Will be required to demonstrate commercial/sales management and good commercials skills.
Proficient in French and English and Pack Office.
Experience in wind/renewable energy desired and, or in accounts receivable management Work experience in a multinational environment is highly appreciated.
