MISSION:


RESPONSIBILITIES:

Defining and managing the product roadmap


Determine and validate, in liaison with the business, major future developments in line with identified projects or planned business transformations, and define priorities.

Implement changes as soon as they fall within the scope of the validated plan.

Define and manage technical actions to deploy new functionalities (data migration or initialization, parameterization, interfaces).

Update and distribute user guides.

Budget management


Participate in budget revision cycles during the year, taking into account the progress of projects launched and new needs/projects identified.

Contractual relations with publishers and service providers

With the support of the purchasing, contracts and legal teams, set up contracts with suppliers and publishers.

During the execution phase, ensure that the service levels defined in the contracts are met, and implement corrective action plans


In liaison with the solution publisher or development teams, where applicable, ensure that anomalies are corrected and deployed, based on the support contracts in place.

Application performance and security

User support

Implementation of the service request management process (ticketing)

Incident communication process

Provide expertise if required (L3 support)


PROFILE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Higher education (Bac +5) in IT

Significant airline experience

Fluent English

Good capacity for adaptation and initiative

Excellent coordination skills

Commitment to results
