Description

We are looking for a Quantitative Researcher / Data Scientist intern who can assist us in creating high quality predictive signals using large datasets and state-of-the-art predictive models.

As an intern, you'll make an immediate impact by expanding our research capabilities by exploring multiple research directions.

You will have the opportunity to work in a stimulating, intellectual and high performing environment alongside quants and traders and learn about quantitative finance, market making and the world of cryptocurrencies.

By the end of the internship, you will have contributed to one or more trading strategies. You'll evaluate their performance through backtesting and live testing, ensuring their effectiveness and reliability in real-world scenarios.

Role and responsibilities:

Identify statistical patterns and opportunities, by leveraging complex data.
Algorithm development and refinement of trading strategies based on the models created. This includes backtesting strategies against historical data to evaluate performance and optimize parameters.
Collaboration and Presentation, integrate findings and presenting results to the other members of the team.

Requirements:

Background and experience

Pursuing an advanced degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, or Engineering.
Mastering Python and libraries for data analysis (Pandas, Numpy) and Machine leanring (scikitlearn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Experience with development environments such as: Jupyter Notebooks, VScode, Git.
Financial knowledge and data platforms like SQL is a plus.

Skills and personality

Curious and autonomous.
Ability to multitask effectively in a fastpaced environment, while maintaining a meticulous attention to detail.
Highly motivated and resultsdriven.
Professional proficiency in English.
