Job Description:


We are currently seeking a Local Retail Operations for France & Monaco as part of our dynamic team based in our Parisian Headquarter.

Main assignments


Retail Operations- Be the first point of contact for the stores about product deliveries, internal replenishment processes (local warehouse) and any logistics issue- Be the first point of contact for the stores, follow up on multiple requests (stationary, uniforms, tools, manuals, catalogues, packaging, client books, facilities, etc), collect and consolidate them and address these requests to the appropriate department in the HQ- Manage relationships, requests and invoices from/to suppliers (confirmation, transmission and follow up) in collaboration with Accounting department.

Forward the invoices to the appropriate department to approval the costs- Manage and coordinate the permits for Department stores- Collaborate with HQ functions involved in openings and refurbishments of stores and follow up closely their activities- Support in after sales and special orders only on critical issues, interacting with the HQ; support stores in proper understanding of after sales processes and monitor the proper execution- Supporting on automatic counting setup (Non Counting zones, in-store processes)

Inventory Control- Be the link between stores and Inventory Control department- Give a feedback on the proposed calendar and support the stores and the Inventory Control department during the main inventories- Coordinate the mini stock takes, define actions to put in place to optimize the results and coordinate them with SM/ASM- To support the local PR/Communication Department to do the main inventories during the year- Be the key contact in the country for stock keepers to support them in the management of the stock- Be the key contact in the country for Cashier/Admin, people to support them in the management of the cash and of the administrative

Security- Be the first point of contact for the store for any security issue- Address to the Head of Retail Security any issue and collaborate with him and SM&AM in order to implement the best security policy, process and tool

Facility- Communicate to the local Facility person the maintenance or store issues and follow the steps suggested- Communicate to the store, any eventual intervention in the store (maintenance, extra ordinary interventions etc) and follow up on its organization- Collect the monthly maintenance checklist from all the stores and do a first check of all the issues, in order to be able to understand if they might be passed to the Facility

H&S- Work closely with the local H&S department/person in order to collect the main rules and regulations about H&S- Address any H&S issue to the European H&S Manager and to the local H&S deartment/person, supporting in training roll-out

MIS- Support stores in critical issues with IT and support in escalation process


Qualifications:


  • Excellent skills in terms of organization and performance driven

  • Ability to quickly establish strong credibility with team members and external resources
  • Excellent listening skills and ability to ask questions, share information
  • Capacity of autonomy
  • Ability to solve problems
  • Willing to travel
  • Strong Pack Office skills (Excel, Power Point, Word)
  • Proven experience of 5 years in the Retail business
  • Fluent in French and English. Italian will be considered a plus
