Your mission:

inspire, motivate, and support on-site management teams to deliver the highest levels of excellence in healthcare food service and support services.

You will set clear performance expectations, ensuring compliance across multiple accounts, champion innovative programs and initiatives, and foster a culture of inclusion and success.


Your responsibilities will encompass budget management, data analysis, and policy implementation, all while building positive relationships between HHS and our partner facility administration.

Salary:
$140,000 - $150,000/yr

**Vice President of Operations
Oversee and support HHS operations at multiple locations across a region.

Motivate on-site management teams and drive success by creating a positive culture and implementing HHS programs and ensuring that policies and best practices are followed.


Responsibilities

  • Protect and support HHS standards for quality at all of the facilities across a region
  • Direct and organize budgetary performance to maintain costs and maximize profits
  • Coach and mentor managers and team members to drive success and create a pipeline of promotable leaders for future growth
  • Encourage and inspire onsite teams to achieve a high level of success and create an inclusive work environment
  • Champion new programs and initiatives to drive adoption at the account level
  • Perform inspections and assessments and set achievable goals based on current outcomes
  • Support recruitment, training, and retention for onsite management teams
  • Monitor the implementation and effectiveness of policies and programs that support patient satisfaction, safety, and more
  • Manage multiple budgets and drive fiscal responsibility and maximize profits
  • Foster positive relationships between HHS and partner facility administration
  • Analyze data and make adjustments to meet facility, budget, and compliance goals
  • Provide handson assistance as needed to support positive outcomes

Requirements:


  • 5+ years of experience managing operations across multiple locations
  • Ability to travel a minimum of 75% of the time
  • Must be willing to relocate for promotion opportunities

Not Required But a Big Plus

  • Experience working in a hospital environment
  • Proficiency in languages other than English, especially Spanish
  • Familiarity with OSHA, The Joint Commission, and other regulatory guidelines
