    Présentation de l'entreprise

    Le Groupe CPM France , spécialisé dans la force de vente supplétive depuis plus de 45 ans , intervient principalement dans les domaines de l' agroalimentaire, des nouvelles technologies et de la beauté/santé pour des clients à forte notoriété.

    Nous disposons de 5 entités (CPM France, Retail Safari, Daytona, Hyperactiv, Omniservices) afin de proposer des solutions adaptées aux enjeux de nos clients.

    Description du poste

    Nous recherchons pour notre client, CASETIFY, acteur mondial et innovant du secteur des coques de téléphone et accessoires électroniques , un Conseiller de vente H/F .

    Après un passage de deux mois sur le corner de la marque situé dans un grand magasin, vous intégrerez son tout nouveau Flagship dans le centre de Paris.

    En tant qu'ambassadeur de la marque, vos missions seront les suivantes :

  • Vous accueillez, gérez et fidélisez chaque consommateur se présentant dans le magasin.
  • Vous assurez la compréhension des attentes et habitudes de consommation des consommateurs.
  • Vous présentez aux consommateurs les produits de la marque et réalisez des ventes.
  • Vous réalisez des ventes additionnelles de personnalisation produit.
  • Vous êtes garant du « perfect store » et de la bonne gestion et tenue du stock en magasin (livraisons, expositions, retours).
  • Votre reporting permettra de valoriser les succès de votre travail sur l'expérience client, la recommandation vendeur, les ventes.

    • Profil recherché

  • Vous avez une expérience réussie sur un poste similaire idéalement dans le commerce non alimentaire (Tech, électroménager).
  • Vous maitrisez les techniques de vente et logiciels bureautiques (Power Point, Excel).
  • Vous prenez en compte les besoins et attentes de vos interlocuteurs lors des échanges.
  • Vous identifiez le caractère essentiel et valorisant de la remontée d'informations / reporting.
  • Vous maîtrisez la langue chinoise et secondairement la langue française et anglaise.
  • Dynamique, curieux(e), autonome et force de proposition, la communication est votre force.
  • Vous êtes une personne naturellement orientée "solution".
  • Enfin, l'esprit d'équipe est sous-jacent à votre personnalité car essentiel pour le succès de cette mission.

    • Informations complémentaires:

    Salaire brut mensuel : Fixe : 1900€ + Prime sur objectifs.

    Avantages : PC, Téléphone, Tickets Restaurants 9€/jour travaillé (60% pris en charge par l'entreprise).

    Jours travaillés : 5 par semaine dont le dimanche.

    Localisation du poste : Paris.
