Analyser les enjeux des marques et les traduire en territoires créatifs social-first
Concevoir des concepts de campagnes influence & social media (always-on, temps forts, activations spéciales)
Adapter les idées aux plateformes (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, etc.)
Imaginer des mécaniques créatives intégrant naturellement les créateurs
Collaborer avec les équipes influence pour concevoir des castings et des formats pertinents
Intégrer les logiques d'authenticité, de narration et de performance
Rédiger des recommandations stratégiques et créatives claires et impactantes
Participer aux pitchs clients (présentations, storytelling, angles créatifs)
Structurer des frameworks créatifs duplicables
Assurer une veille continue sur les tendances social media, influence et culture digitale
Identifier les signaux faibles, nouveaux formats et usages émergents
Alimenter la réflexion collective et l'évolution des offres de l'agence
3 à 6 ans d'expérience en stratégie créative, social media ou influence (agence recommandée)
Forte culture digitale, social media et plateformes
Capacité à conceptualiser rapidement et à structurer une vision claire
À l'aise avec les enjeux business, sans perdre l'exigence créative
Très bon niveau rédactionnel et sens du storytelling
Esprit collaboratif, curieux·se et proactif·ve
