Ipsen is pleased to open a 6-month internship in the Global Quality Systems team We are looking for a motivated English-speaking, Master's degree in Quality management student to work in our HQ office in Boulogne-Billancourt.

Timing: 2023 (preferred start date February 2023)

You will participate in a project to improve the Quality documentation management process by supporting the project leader (remote collaboration)


It includes:
- the creation of a shared glossary in the Ipsen eDMS system and the definition of its management process
- the participation of the deployment of new features in the eDMS system
- the preparation of workshops, meetings related to the project
- the participation in the review/creation of procedures and training materials


Key abilities and technical competencies

  • Fluent in both English and French.
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Effective writing and speaking skills and good mastery of PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Ability to work with other departments.
  • Proactive and source of proposals.
  • Rigorous and handson.
  • Ability to work autonomously, with flexibility and commitment
