Your mission

We are looking for a Lead Bus Stop Managers to join the Ground Ops team. You will be reporting directly to Lead Ground Ops Adrien Bethuys.

As part of the BlaBlaCar Buses team, the objective of the Ground Ops team is to ensure the smooth running of operations on the ground: in the station or during bus journeys.

The in-station experience is essential for our passengers as it is the first physical interaction with our service. We must guarantee easy access for our passengers and our buses, ensuring a clear display, etc.

To do this, the station team is in charge of relations with all the stopping points of our bus network in Europe.

The Station team must in particular make sure to maintain a good relationship with the station managers, share our forecasts of trips, validate the conditions of physical access, ensure contractualisation is done on time and finally guarantee a clear and readable branding for our passengers.

Your responsibilities:

Manage a team of 24 Bus Stop Managers
Concretize an efficient cross team data management
Optimize our processes and guide our Tech team to improve the tools we have
Ensure the identification, the contractualization and the run with with the best possible stops to support the growth of our BlaBlaCar Bus Network
Guarantee best inclass experience for passengers in stations by taking into account all parameters we can play with in each station
Define and support the long term strategy with Bus Stations and Public authorities to support Network growth and make sure long distance coaches and our operational constraints are considered
Business travel % of the time (depending on low/peak seasons)

Your qualifications:

35 years of experience in Transport, Mobility, process optimization and/or data management
People management skills are not mandatory but first experience highly desirable
You are interested in topics related to mobility and transport
You have excellent communication skills and enjoy interacting with internal and external stakeholders
You are fluent in English and French. Any other language is a plus
