About the job


As a Salesforce Administrator for Salesforce Sales Cloud at Scaleway, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our customer relationship management system.


You will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing our Salesforce Sales Cloud platform to ensure seamless integration and efficient operations.

Your work will directly impact our sales teams' ability to improve the velocity and volume of deals


Minimum Qualifications:


  • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a focus on Salesforce Sales Cloud
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud features, capabilities, and best practices
  • Proficient in customizing Salesforce objects, fields, and layouts
  • Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Very good command of English & French

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM211 or equivalent) is preferred
  • Knowledge of data management and integration, including data loading and extraction
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Responsibilities:


  • Administer and maintain Salesforce Sales Cloud, ensuring data accuracy, security, and accessibility
  • Customize and configure Salesforce Sales Cloud to meet the organization's needs
  • Manage integration of 3rd party solutions with Salesforce
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency
  • Provide training and support to users to ensure they can effectively use Salesforce Sales Cloud
  • Monitor and troubleshoot issues, responding promptly to user inquiries and system errors.
  • Create and manage custom reports, dashboards, and workflows to support business processes
  • Stay updated on Salesforce best practices and new features, implementing them as needed
