Your mission

  • We are looking for a. driven individual with a passion for creating a welcoming and productive environment We have an exciting opportunity for a new W&C Manager to join our team and ensure that our Paris office becomes a true home for our employees, enabling them to thrive and excel


In this role, you'll be at the heart of our organization, overseeing the day-to-day operations, designing internal events that foster a sense of community, and cultivating strong relationships with both our internal team and external partners.


As a valued member of our People team, you'll collaborate closely with Alexandra Vozniak, our Senior Culture Manager based in Paris.

This role provides a fantastic chance to collaborate not only with our local team but also with our global workplace and people teams, contributing to a harmonious and engaging work environment.

What will I be doing?

  • Being responsible for owning the Paris office (4 floors) and some French satellites (Gennevilliers, St Ouen and Lyon): Ensuring it is tidy, safe and secure and all equipments are working properly.
  • Assisting our Polish team remotely with any request and keeping the connecting with the rest of the company.
  • Managing employees requests for all daily issues (supplies, access badge, etc.)
  • Ordering, tracking and managing supplies inventory & replenishment orders (supplies, food, coffee machine, etc.).
  • Gathering all the invoices for the finance team and create PO's
  • Facilitating the onboarding of new joiners introducing them to amazing Stuart culture
  • Organising engaging events to our employees and guests
  • Coorganizing in harmony with the other international offices in Barcelona and London global and local initiatives
  • Providing support with Health & Safety requirements (trainings, mandatory display, etc)

What do we need from you?

  • Demonstrated experience as an Office Manager or in a comparable workplace position (minimum of 4 years).
  • Genuine enthusiasm for organization whether it's crafting spreadsheets or orchestrating relaxed gatherings for our Stuwies
  • Outstanding organizational abilities and commitment to details.
  • Effective communication skills, encompassing both verbal and written forms, with an emphasis on inclusivity and respect.
  • A knack for juggling multiple tasks

  • Willingness to learn and adapt within a fastpaced company, where each day presents new and exciting challenges.
  • Positive & openminded approach, and a determination to contribute to people's wellbeing
  • Proficiency in both French and English, fostering seamless interaction and understanding among diverse individuals.
