- Analyser l'organisation et le portefeuille R&D et investissements internes d'un point de vue rétrospectif (CIR et équivalents dans le monde) et prospectif (subventions) ;
- Identifier les projets éligibles au dispositif CIR et déterminer les dépenses associées ainsi que leur valorisation conformément aux règles fiscales ;
- Accompagner nos prestataires externes dans la récolte de la documentation justificative CIR, notamment la description des projets sélectionnés ;
- Identifier les projets susceptibles de bénéficier de subventions, déterminer le guichet de financement le plus approprié et réaliser les demandes de financement.
- Vous avez un goût prononcé pour l'innovation et les nouvelles technologies, en IT ou dans un autre domaine.
- Vous maîtrisez les règles en lien avec la fiscalité de la R&D.
- Profil junior ou confirmé en fiscalité de la R&D (minimum 2 ans d'expérience dans un cabinet de conseil en financement de l'innovation).
- Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre esprit d'analyse, de synthèse et vos qualités organisationnelles.
- Doté(e) d'un esprit curieux et créatif, vous avez un goût prononcé pour les relations humaines et le travail en équipe.
- Vous serez amené(e) à dialoguer avec des interlocuteurs du monde entier ; un bon niveau d'anglais à l'écrit comme à l'oral est nécessaire.

C'est dans cette optique que nous avons créé le Mantu Innovation Lab en 2018 : un espace dédié à l'expérimentation, à la veille technologique et au développement de solutions innovantes, en phase avec les besoins changeants du marché.
Le Lab nous permet d'explorer les technologies émergentes — intelligence artificielle, data science, automatisation, plateformes digitales — pour concevoir et déployer des produits et services à forte valeur ajoutée.
