Responsable méthodes service laboratoires / Process Engineer

Join our dynamic team as a Process Engineer and take charge of optimizing the end-to-end process.

Your expertise in providing effective solutions and supporting laboratory managers in day-to-day operations will contribute to our success in delivering efficient and sustainable results.

Your mission

Ensure coordination and shortterm scheduling
Ensure that the samples delivered are compliant
Drive and deliver initiatives aligned with the Department's Roadmap
Optimize workstation ergonomics
Optimize flows and consumption to reduce the environmental impact
Manage Lean projects and building sites (Kaizen, VSM, DMAIC )
Participate in the deployment of global best practices
Provide quick and effective solutions to resolve the various hazards and support, when needed, the Laboratories' Managers in the daytoday operations

You bring

Bac+5 engineering degree with a specialization in Industrial Engineering and Lean espertise
1 to 2 years of experience
Fluent English
Interpersonal skills, autonomy, rigor & organization
