Job description:


As the quality coordinator for the "industrialisation" business lines, your role as a support function means that you will make an active contribution to the standardisation and continuous improvement of best practices, as well as their performance.

As a support function for specific business lines, you will define and put in place the organisation needed to drive quality.


As part of the implementation of quality management systems, you will define and put in place the necessary process engineering organisations, while leading the team already in place.

As part of a continuous improvement drive, you will participate in the deployment of quality.


To do this, you will:

  • Helping to carry out FMEA risk analyses and monitoring the associated action plans
  • Helping to understand monitoring plans and the detection of anomalies
  • Participate in formalising problems, if this has not yet been done. You will pass them on to the interested parties to facilitate the implementation of resolutions by the interested parties.
  • Help to identify opportunities for improvement and the associated action plans.
  • Participate in monitoring the steering of the process approach: KPIs, internal audit of standards, monitoring of associated action plans, etc.
  • Supporting the teams in qualifying the control resources that will be used to secure the production resources, in order to secure the manufacturing process
  • Organise workshops on targeted actions as part of the rollout of continuous improvement

Experience

  • You have technical knowledge and experience in "either mechanics, chemistry or electrochemistry" to challenge the "industrialisation" professions.
