Context:

Within the IT Operations department of the Information Systems Directorate, we are seeking a service for a Project Management Officer (PMO) in Vessel IT, aimed at the execution of the following project(s):
Taking charge of cross-functional governance for project management activities.
Implementation of consolidated reporting for management or contributing operational teams of projects.
Serving as the reference point for standard Vessel IT processes.

Mission and Responsibilities:

The PMO responsible for the service will ensure coordinated action from services that may be involved in the listed project(s) above, thus facilitating their successful completion.
Structuring and providing support for the management of different projects.
Creating processes for new organization members.
Creating and implementing indicators.
Ensuring IT budget tracking, KPIs, quality, and risks (Run and Project).
Managing IT equipment purchase requests and logistics tracking.
Being proactive in proposing continuous improvement processes.

Required Skills:

Ability to provide regular reporting at a management level to highlight issues, risks, and associated remediation plans.
Facilitating project governance by ensuring adherence to contractual commitments.
Ability to synthesize, simplify, and communicate with various types of stakeholders.
Leadership and sense of responsibility.
Attention to detail and autonomy.
Ability to synthesize, identify key points and language elements.
Reporting and alerting capabilities.
Strong communication skills.
