What You'll Do:

Reporting directly to our Head of People, you will be responsible for managing the entire Compensation & Benefits strategy and execution:
Create our C&B philosophy to attract and retain our talents Update and maintain our compensation ranges according to our philosophy
Ensure our Benefits' competitiveness while keeping Pigment's strategy and stage in mind
Deploy & manage the annual increase process worldwideManage our equity attributions, refresh and exercising processes
Automate and optimize our C&B processes, campaigns & workflows
Participate to global projects such as budget definition, forecast and adhoc analysis

You're in the right place if:

You have significant experience in Compensation & Benefits (7 years at least), and an in-depth knowledge of C&B practices
You have worked in a fastgrowing and in an international environment
You are structured and thorough with strong attention to details and data accuracyYou are able to communicate efficiently and can make complicated concepts seem simple
You are fun and enthusiastic, and want to be part of an amazing team
