Are you energized by the opportunity to enhance your compliance expertise in a state of the art manufacturing environment? If so, this Validation Staff role could be an exciting opportunity to explore.


As a Validation Staff member, you will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing Electronic Resources Processing (ERP) system, change control process, Change Control Review Board meetings and coordination and monitoring of key performance indicators for the site.

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following:

  • Responsible for the Administration of the site Change Control Review Board (CCRB) meeting, including scheduling and documentation of meeting minutes.
  • Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Guidelines and Work Instructions for the coordination and execution of change control notifications.
  • Establish, maintain and routinely report change control notification metrics.
  • Coordinate the change control notification process for the Validation group.
  • Work with change control initiators to close change control notifications on time.
  • Maintain document archive rooms in a continuous state of audit readiness.
  • Maintain Validation Tracking Access Library (MS Access) database for all validation document archives.
  • Other duties as assigned which may include execution of validation protocols (e.g. chamber mapping, report writing, etc.).

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience working in a Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) environment

Preferred Qualifications:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

  • Master's degree
  • Experience of working with crossfunctional teams of diverse people
