    Job Purpose :

    Responsible for the development, management and continual improvement of the T.EN global Third Party Management Program.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Define the Third Party Management strategy to identify and prioritize opportunities to build or enhance the Third Party Management Program
    • Advise Ethics & Compliance Counsels and relevant business functions on remedial actions for medium to high risk third party engagements
    • Engage with Commercial, Procurement & Sourcing, and Subcontracting to ensure the E&C Third Party Management Program is embedded in relevant business processes
    • Conduct training to Legal Counsels and relevant business functions engaging with third parties
    • Conduct training to third parties at induction and through the lifetime of the engagement
    • Develop and assist in the implementation of Project Ethics & Compliance Programs
    • During the Due Diligence Process, review and advise Ethics & Compliance Counsels and relevant business functions on Medium and High Risk Entities
    • Oversight and management of Ethics & Compliance resources assigned to the Global Business Services team
    • Lead audits of third parties, including Business Partners, Third Party Intermediaries, Subcontractors, Vendors, and Suppliers
    Additional Responsibilities
    • Review and advise Legal Counsels, Ethics & Compliance Counsels and relevant business functions on Conflicts of Interest, Social Donations, Sponsorship, Charitable Contributions, & Gifts, Hospitality & Travel issues
    • Liaise with the E&C Program Manager to create and maintain mapping of systems and platforms to capture ethics & Compliance activities and provide data analytics related to third party management
    • Support the continual improvement of the Business Ethics-related programs including Risk Mapping and Integrity Reviews
    • Coordinate closely with Management and Functions on the application, interpretation, and enforcement of the Code of Business Conduct (CoBC) and related company policies, standards and guidelines.
    • Manage a budget to accurately forecast and communicate about spending.

    Profile:
    • Bachelors Degree in Accounting/Finance or Law required; Preferred Masters Degree or Juris Doctor.
    • Preferred 10+ years of work experience, preferably in corporate or law firm compliance practices.
    • Preferred 5+ years of in-house work experience.
    • Experience in a professional office environment.
    • Ability to work independently under general guidance and or with self-initiative.
    • Demonstrates effective management knowledge, leadership, and motivation in a dynamic business environment and can operate and perform within a matrix organization.
    • Demonstrates exceptional planning, interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • PC skills with proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, project, and presentation software.
    WORK ENVIRONMENT:

    Spends 80% of time in office with 20% travel as necessary visiting T.EN regional offices or locations
