About the role
Vestiaire Collective seeks a
Senior Merchandising Project Manager to join our Global Merchandising Team.

As a Senior Merchandising Project Manager, you will identify improvement opportunities, define specific business use cases, and collaborate with product teams to develop and implement solutions that increase efficiencies and the quality of our Onsite Merchandising and customer journey.

This is a full-time role based out of our Paris office reporting to the Merchandising Director.


What you'll be doing:


  • Own the implementation, monitoring, and development of critical customerfacing tags such as We Love and Best Value Tag, working with the product team to improve the efficiency of the tags based on business impact and requirements.
  • Provide a business perspective towards pricing algorithms and attributes impacting product ranking. Work closely with the data science team to monitor the algorithm's performance and iterate and test new features and factors.
  • Work with the data science and traffic product teams to refine the criteria for similar items, explore other onsite features to improve the customer journey, crossselling, and conversion, and define the precise requirement of specific business use cases for the product team.
  • Define business use cases and requirements, build business impact and entitlement to push the Project on Product Road Map.
  • Get the state of the art of the inhouse image recognition algorithm, identifying where to focus following the results obtained, and align with the product team to explore the right area of focus for the algorithm.
  • Conduct analysis focusing on business perspective/requirements on possible personalization features. Build a use case for the product team to incorporate the business requirement on the roadmap.
  • Take complete ownership of sellerfocused initiatives for the Vestiaries Days, such as Deal Hunting, Seller Challenge, and Bulk price drops, using data and past performance to define a strategy for Seller Challenge and deal hunting and coordinate with regions, pricing data team and CRM for endtoend execution of all the mechanism.

Who You Are

  • Master's degree in Business school, with a strong interest in Ecommerce and Fashion
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, merchandising, or related field.
  • Proven problemsolving skills, attention to detail and a structured approach to thinking
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent analytical mind and strong Excel skills. SQL knowledge is a plus.
  • Thrives in dynamic, fastmoving environments thanks to excellent organizational time management skills and multitasking ability.
  • Fluent in English. German, Spanish, or Italian is a strong plus.
  • Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and crossfunctional teams.
  • Enjoy working as a team player and learning from others.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
