- Strategy and vision : you will develop and refine the strategic direction for each center of excellence (COE), including Category Leadership, Data & Digital, Revenue Management and Sales Academy. You will participate in the larger projects.
- While working in the forefront, you will design solutions, share best practices , provide support where it's needed, and implement training programs to enhance the capabilities of the Commercial team.
- You will connect with the different sales teams: Food Service, Retail, Quick Service Restaurants within countries as within businesses.
- You come up proactively with ideas to impact the business in a meaningful way and challenge the sales teams to beat the status quo in our quest to be customer obsessed.
- You have a bachelor's or master's degree and have relevant experience from a commercial, supply chain or finance point of view.
- You have proven experience in sales leadership roles , with a focus on strategy development and execution.
- You have a thorough understanding of commercial processes , including category management, data analytics, revenue management and digital marketing.
- You have excellent analytical skills that you combine with a strong commercial flair.
- You have excellent written and spoken communication skills in English, where you can easily translate ideas for your audience.
- You have excellent problem-solving skills that you can trust in a rapidly changing environment and connect these with strong decision-making skills.

We are looking for our new Director Centre of Excellence Commerce CE (Continental Europe) & MENA (Middle East and North Africa) to join our commercial organization at McCain.
You will play together with your team a pivotal role in driving commercial excellence across all channels within the organization. Within this role you will strategize, identify expertise, disseminate knowledge, and foster collaboration to enhance sales performance and achieve business objectives.
As the Director Centre of Excellence Commerce CE & MENA you will manage a team of 6 people directly. Your team members are responsible for elaborating Revenue Management, Data & Digital, Sales Academy and Category Leadership for the channels Retail, Foodservice and Quick Service Restaurants.
