We are a successful provider of
SaaS software solutions, helping medical device companies to spend less time on documentation. 5 of the global top 12 medical device manufacturers rely on our SaaS solutions.

We are looking for a
UX Designer to design software and platforms, combining interfaces and workflows to enhance user experience.

Our
UX Designer should be analytical & creative, able to grasp user needs and solve problems. A strong portfolio of successful UX and other technical projects is essential.

Ultimately, you will make our SaaS solutions more user-friendly & intuitive to attract and retain customers.

_What you'll do:
_

Understand product specifications and user psychology.
Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback.
Create personas through user research and data.
Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success.
Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs.
Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, findability).
Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers.
Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends.

_All about you:
_

Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role.
Strong portfolio of design projects.
Proficient in design software.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript is a plus
Problemsolving aptitude.
Excellent communication & team collaboration skills.
BSc in Design, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
