Which is why we're now looking for an EU Digital Operations Manager to maintain operational stability and elevate the consumer experience by crafting and implementing strategic plans aligned with the EU Digital Commerce strategy in a team committed to excellence in the ever-evolving landscape of EU Digital Commerce.

As EU Digital Operations Manager, working from our Paris City Centre European ECOM HQ (Hybrid Working), you'll collaborate closely with various business units such as Digital Commerce, Supply Chain, IT, and Finance to ensure operational excellence aligns perfectly with overarching business objectives.

Explore and recommend opportunities for business development within operational services, including Payments, Logistics, and Customer Experience.

You'll keep a vigilant eye on digital order flow procedures, collaborating with internal stakeholders and 3rd parties to proactively address any issues.


The EU Digital Operations Manager will take the lead in supporting and running a suite of operational reports, highlighting KPIs linked to the entire customer journey, from Checkout Success to Returns Rate.

Playing a pivotal role in facilitating smooth site releases you'll coordinate efforts with Global Digital, IT, Digital Engineering, and 3rd party teams.

Actively participate in raising and managing eCommerce defect and bug tickets, guiding them through to successful resolution.


Be a driving force in supporting eCommerce operational peak planning for key trading periods and focus on optimizing Site Capacity, managing logistics, and strategizing for returns volume, ensuring seamless operations during critical times.

Fluent English proficiency is essential for this role, and all applicants are kindly requested to submit their CVs in the English language


About you


As a seasoned user of warehouse management systems and adept at carrier integration, you'll contribute to the seamless flow of operations.

Showcase your planning prowess, process mapping skills, and proficiency in workflow management. Your cross-channel knowledge will be instrumental in shaping a holistic approach.


Build meaningful relationships both in-house and with 3rd parties, and demonstrate your decision-making expertise by identifying issues and formulating solutions independently.

Think strategically for the business, anticipating future trends and their impact. Demonstrate commercial awareness and a commitment to getting the job done efficiently.


Show your leadership by developing yourself and encouraging others, emphasizing the importance of customer focus in every aspect of our operations.
