We create, combine, and convert thousands of public and private datasets into meaningful geospatial insights and provide the most accurate commercial Point of Interest (POI) product and mobility insights available in Europe.

The opportunity


As a Sales Ops Manager, you will be joining our international sales team with the goal to streamline and optimize our sales processes, increasing sales productivity and efficiency, and driving revenue growth across all markets.

Your expertise in data analysis, sales strategy, and systems implementation will be crucial in identifying and addressing bottlenecks in our sales funnel, as well as developing and implementing effective sales training programs to improve our team's performance.

You will work closely with the sales leadership team to identify key performance metrics, monitor sales performance, and provide actionable insights to inform sales strategy and decision-making.

Ultimately, your contributions will help us achieve our sales targets, improve customer satisfaction, and establish our company as a leader in the industry.

Tasks

  • Develop and implement sales strategies that align with company goals and objectives
  • Identify and track key performance metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to inform sales strategy and decisionmaking
  • Develop and maintain sales forecasts and budgets, and monitor performance against targets
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to establish sales goals and quotas, and develop incentive programs to motivate and reward sales teams
  • Optimize sales processes and workflows to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Manage sales technology systems, including CRM, sales automation, and analytics tools, to ensure they are effectively supporting sales activities
  • Develop and implement sales training programs to improve the skills and performance of sales teams
  • Work with crossfunctional teams (e.g., marketing, finance, operations) to ensure sales activities are aligned with overall company strategy
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the customer experience and increase customer retention
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices, and continuously look for opportunities to improve sales operations.

Requirements:


  • 3+ years of relevant sales ops, revenue ops or other relevant fields.
  • Strong analytical skills: The ability to analyze and interpret data is crucial for identifying trends, understanding performance, and informing sales strategy.
  • Strategic thinking: Sales Ops Managers must be able to think strategically and develop plans that align with overall company goals and objectives.
  • Excellent communication skills: The ability to communicate effectively with sales teams, leadership, and crossfunctional partners is key to success in this role.
  • Detailoriented: Sales Ops Managers must be highly organized and detailoriented, with a strong focus on accuracy and precision.
  • Sales acumen: A solid understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices is important for optimizing sales operations and developing effective sales strategies.
  • Technology proficiency: Proficiency with sales technology systems (e.g., CRM, sales automation, and analytics tools) is essential for managing and improving sales operations. preferably Hubspot and Zoominfo
  • Leadership skills: Sales Ops Managers must be able to lead and motivate teams, delegate tasks, and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Continuous learner: Staying uptodate with industry trends and best practices, and continuously learning new skills and techniques is essential for success in this rapidly evolving field.
  • Fluency in English. Additional european language is a plus.

Preferred:


  • Experience in Big Data, GIS, DAAS or Enterprise SAAS will be a plus.
