  • Summary:_
The HR Operations Sr. Specialist is part of the HR Shared Services Team. The role oversees operational and system support for employee lifecycle transactions within assigned countries in Europe. The Sr.

Specialist performs troubleshooting of business processes, processes advanced transactions while guiding the team, handling escalations, and working closely with the HR Operations Regional Lead to ensure strong customer service to the business and to drive efficiency by improving operational processes and procedures.


  • Serve as a point of escalation for service issues, identifying root cause and path to resolution to ensure continued service improvement.
  • Manage and conduct employee lifecycle transactions in Workday.
  • Handle ticketing assignments within region.
  • Prepare and ensure successful mass uploads in Workday and submit requests to IT.
  • Manage and ensure successful completion of Workday testing for system upgrades, optimizations, or new business processes.
  • Perform data audits to ensure quality and accuracy of team transactions.
  • Proactively manage and report on transactions and SLAs to drive appropriate behaviors, timely completion, and compliance.
  • Drive creation of Super User network within the region.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with local HR leaders.
  • Determine key EU HR training needs and put training plan and calendar in place.
  • Provide oversight to HR Ops Specialist and act as point of escalation for HR Managers.
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR Ops processes and participate in continuous improvement projects.
  • Other projects and duties as assigned.
  • Qualifications:_
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or relevant field. Equivalent work experience in a similar position may be substituted for education requirements.
  • Minimum of 5 years' progressive experience in Human Resources, preferably in a Shared Services environment.
  • Experience with HR administration, payroll, and systems, ideally within a large, complex enterprise.
  • Experience working within HR systems, preferably Workday. Experience with a ticketing system such as ServiceNow.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite with intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables & charts, vlookups).
  • Fluent in French and English.
