COMPANY PROFILE:

PRIMARY FUNCTION:
- maximize sales of second-hand machinery, ensure stock rotation and achieve profitability targets within the defined budget and plan

  • Liaise with CNH Capital to define residual value
- provide responsive and satisfying service for the network and brand customers
- set up the organization defined in the CNH strategic plan
- machine tracking with takeover commitment by the brands
- management of the contracts from the cotation to the resell of the machine (order, extended warranty, maintenance cost, delivery, audits, collection of information, billing of expenses and hourly overruns, remarketing)
- bring support and effective collaboration to the management France


ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Propose the strategy and deploy the organization in terms of rental offer to distributors
- to develop strong relationships with dealers and their respective networks in France

  • Follow up of machines, define proper expertise, containment of refurbishing cost
  • Implementation of hub dealers as remarketing channels
- manage the inventory of the used equipment park by proposing a tool if necessary
- set up dealer training on how to evaluate and sell used Equipment
- identify and exploit distribution channels within the market

  • Develop strong relationships with other markets and respective network in EMEA
- coordinate efficient financing actions for the rental and sale of second-hand machines
- monitor the market price in order to optimize the CNH cash flow in collaboration with the field teams


QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

  • ENGINEER AGRI / AGRO, BTS ag / tecomah / cqp Aprodema
  • English
  • Position based in Etampes with travels in France and outside France
