Description
Intertek, a leading provider of ATIC (Assurance, Testing, Inspection and Certification) Services, for its Industry Services Division is looking for
Mechanical Rotating Inspectors for ongoing projects in Oil & Gas fields in North-East area of France.
Poste:
Purpose:
Provide Mechanical inspection expertise during fabrication conducted as per client specifications and approved documents.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that vendors are always in possession of the updated data/documents (e.g. ITP, QC procedures etc.) and adequate tools to perform the activities in a proper manner
- Report any nonconforming material or activity to issue the relevant report and corrective action.
- Prepare daily or weekly reports
- Inspect materials, products and work in progress for conformance to specifications.
Experience:
- Proven Experience as Inspector on similar Projects
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience within technical inspection on rotating equipment
- Fully conversant with relevant general international standards (e.g. ISO, ASME, ASTM, EN etc.)
Profil:
Qualifications:
- NDT certificates (level II according to ISO 9712)
Skills and Requirements:
- Good communication, coordination, interpersonal skills
- Good computer knowledge
- Professional level of English
- Flexible approach and able to work under pressure with a can do attitude and a commitment to meeting and maintaining compliance
- VAT registered
