Your Role & Key Responsibilities

  • Responsibilities
  • Bring insights and Analytics to the business to drive action and improve performance of Categories and the MCO across the entire P&L.
  • Produce, engage and partner decision critical materials for the CLT, FLT and CCBT
  • Project management utilizing agile methodologies to drive team delivery
  • Reporting actuals, gathering commentary to understand movements of and preparing the forecast for Working Capital and total Cash
  • Partner the Annual Planning process throughout, delivering high level of challenge and transparency to the business to develop a robust strategic roadmap.
  • Target management and communication, with responsibilities for Dynamic Resource Allocation (DRA) management
  • Driving a P&L ownership mindset through performance reviews and topical deep dives
  • Regularly analyzing MCO and Divisional performance to identify opportunities and risks for action through the CCBT to manage delivery of annual targets.
  • Working closely with the Senior/Finance Leadership to support on MCO specific performance analysis.
  • Requirements
  • Qualified accountant or equivalent or studying towards professional accounting qualification
  • Excellent engagement and communication skills including with senior stakeholders
  • Ability to own & drive the agenda for the business (proactive & independent worker)
  • Strong analytical skills with actionoriented output
  • Ability to make the complex simple
  • Fast attention to detail
  • Ability to effectively business partner and build connections with stakeholders without a "formal" partner relationship
  • Ability to constructively challenge assumptions and hold others accountable
