In this role you will:
As part of our graduate programme, you will join our highly skilled and experienced Cost Management team working in exciting innovative sectors with some of the worlds' most prestigious companies Gain exposure to best-in-class Cost Management tools and processes within a large-scale construction project Assist in pre-contract, tender process management and post contract activities. Develop your knowledge of estimating and life cycle costing Participate in the tender/bid process-from initial tender/bid documentation through to analysis and reporting Develop your knowledge of bill of quantities and sub-contract packages. Assist with document control and complete functions on CostX Assist with analysis & reporting on tenders, schedule out tender returns. Carry out data input and arithmetical checks Develop your knowledge of Contract Documentation and assist in document control Post-Contract Actions Attend site meetings & design team meetings in a learning capacityWe would love to hear from you if you:Have recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Économie de la construction et management de projets, Ingénieur d'Affaires de la Construction, Métiers du BTP, Bâtiment et construction - parcours chargé d'affaires en bâtiment or equivalent Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing Are fluent in French and English Have an interest in collaborating with a team to support clients on complex, large scale construction projects Have lots of initiative and a hunger to learn and develop with Linesight Have a talent for dealing with complicated information, show initiative and a sense of responsibility, enjoy working with people and are consistently looking to improve
