- Contribuer à la transformation de la fonction de gestion de trésorerie, créer une sous-fonction de recouvrement et améliorer en permanence les processus afin d'obtenir le niveau de trésorerie le plus élevé possible.
- Gérer l'équipe chargée du recouvrement, des paiements, des flux comptables et de la récupération.
- Assurer la qualité et le respect des délais de paiement.
- Assurer la réconciliation entre les flux de trésorerie, les flux comptables et les flux bancaires.
- Fournir à l'équipe Forecast et ALM les données nécessaires à la prévision des flux de trésorerie et produire les KPI de suivi pour votre périmètre (DSO, DPO...).
- Améliorer le niveau de recouvrement et les délais avec les partenaires / réassureurs et fournisseurs.
- Gérer la relation quotidienne avec les banques et les services externalisés, interlocuteur privilégié de nos partenaires bancaires.
- Intégrer nos partenaires dans nos schémas standards de gestion de trésorerie et assurer un niveau de service standard.
- Contribuer à divers projets initiés par les équipes financières ou les équipes commerciales, y compris les outils informatiques, en tant qu'expert financier.

Mission
Profil recherché
De formation finance ou comptable BAC+5, et justifiez d'une expérience professionnelle réussie d'au moins 10 ans sur un poste similaire au sein d'une compagnie d'assurance, idéalement sur des activités non-vie. Vous êtes à la fois proactif, rigoureux et technique et souhaitez rejoindre un environnement professionnel challengeant. Solides qualités de leadership et capacité à établir des priorités dans la charge de travail. Capacité à travailler efficacement au sein d'une équipe. Solides compétences financières et analytiques. Capacité à synthétiser et à travailler dans des délais serrés. Et enfin, vous parlez anglais couramment.
