We are looking for a trainee to join our Investor Relations department (Finance Directorate).

As part of the Investor Relations team, your role will be to assist the IR team of 3 people in all its tasks.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE MISSION:

You will more specifically be responsible for the following tasks:

Carrying out benchmarks and monitoring the activities of our competitors (players in the rail sector)

- contribute to update investor lists and analyze questions asked by investors during roadshows

Contribute to analyse sellside analysts' notes
Contribute to the production of the department's various deliverables:
Weekly and monthly IR reports
Publication of results (presentations to analysts, drafting of scripts, preparation of backups and Q&A)
Presentation at the Annual General Meeting
Support for the Universal Registration Document production process
Contribution to the production of the Investor Day presentation
Helping to manage the Investors (CRM) and Shareholders database
Help with updating the Investors website

PROFIL:

Niveau de formation :
université d'économie, Ecole de commerce (2ème année ou année de césure)

Compétences techniques :
fort intérêt pour la finance et les marchés financiers, maitrise du Pack Office (en particulier Excel et Powerpoint)

Compétences comportementales :
précision, rigueur, capacité à travailler en équipe et à anticiper, capacité à travailler sous pression et à respecter les délais impartis
