Missions et responsabilités
At
Digital Workplace we aim at providing the most up-to-date and high added value services to support Saint-Gobain businesses achieving their goals by:


  • Defining:
  • Collaboration service offering among our employees
- the management of employee's identities
- the catalog of devices (end users devices, meeting room equipment etc.)

  • Conducting studies and project to transform legacy services to next generation services, mostly relying on Microsoft 365 service offer
  • Accompanying and give guidance to the Saint-Gobain businesses in the move toward the new employee services
  • Providing expertise and supports the businesses into their workplace projects
  • Coordinating a community of local IT Services teams


In the Digital Workplace team, the
User experience & adoption service owner will be reporting to the _Collaboration Services manager.

_You will be supporting our local entities on the onboarding on Digital Workplace Services for employees.


You will particularly:

  • Collect and present use cases, personae and best practices around Digital Workplace services
  • Work closely with the Digital Workplace services owners to get information on technical or functional limitations, roadmap and future evolution of the services
  • Make sure the landscape of services offered to employees is clear and that question around "which tool for which use" is answered
  • Maintain the community of Change Managers and IT contacts who work in the local entities on Workplace issues and develop the exchange channels to encourage experience sharing between entities
  • Provide the local IT teams with the tools and support to encourage the adoption of the Digital Workplace services by their users,
  • Directly manage the approach for France perimeter with more than 25'000 users from various businesses
  • Animate Yammer communities and Champions community
  • Communicate on updates and the latest product features, as well as on the resulting new usage modes.

Profil recherché

  • Master degree
  • Experience in conducting Change Management and Users adoption programs in complex organization (international, several businesses etc )

Skills:


  • Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 services offer (OneDrive, Teams, Yammer, SharePoint etc.)
  • Change management and user adoption
  • Results oriented and customer service oriented
  • Empathy and ability to think about user needs, user context, culture, etc.
  • Good customer service skills and excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Adaptability to different environments and technologies
  • Professional curiosity and desire to understand
