Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Franchise Broker Relations Specialist.


In this role, you will play a crucial role in maintaining strong relationships with our franchise brokers and partners while ensuring their queries and concerns are addressed promptly.


Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for franchise brokers and partners.
  • Providing information, guidance, and support to brokers regarding franchise opportunities.
  • Coordinating communication between franchise brokers and internal teams.
  • Managing and resolving inquiries and issues raised by franchise brokers.
  • Conducting regular checkins and evaluations of broker relationships.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop materials for broker use.
  • Keeping accurate records of broker interactions and feedback.
  • Prioritizing and managing connections with franchisees, brokers, and sales teams.
  • Regularly checking and updating accounts to ensure accurate information.
  • Reviewing and maintaining web pages related to franchise connections.
  • Collaborating with internal departments to support connection activities.
  • Ensuring that all connections align with the franchise expansion strategy.
  • Tracking and reporting on the progress of connections.
  • Resolving any issues or inquiries related to franchise connections.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and problemsolving abilities.
  • Knowledge of franchise systems and operations (preferred).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Prior experience in franchise support or related roles is a plus.
