What are we looking for?
We have now scaled our operations and branched out to a new market in 2023 starting with Paris, so this will be one of the first hires in this region


We are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to organise and oversee the daily operations of our expansion locally in Paris in line with client growth.

We are looking for someone with a positive and proactive attitude, that is willing to go above and beyond. Our business continues to expand rapidly with ambitious B2B growth targets in the next few years.


Responsibilities:


  • Ensuring that housekeeping and guest service standards are met and clients' expectations exceeded
  • Be the essential link between our housekeeping team and our Operations team
  • Closely managing the daytoday operation of our housekeeping department
  • Overseeing the preparation of the daily housekeeping schedule ensuring all services are completed by the requested time
  • Ensuring that all services are carried out perfectly by the housekeeping team in the field, including quality control and task reporting
  • Working closely with the training team to develop the skills and abilities of all housekeepers and maintain quality standards
  • Support in the recruitment and training of housekeepers and other field roles
  • Be responsible for checking all clients' property data is correct in our systems with all the information needed to deliver services in the field
  • Supervising cleaners in the field and filling in checklists during each activity
  • Respond in a timely manner to client questions/issues and offer rapid solutions
  • Ensure all our current client questions, comments and concerns are answered in a timely manner.
  • Obtain regular client feedback on our internal software, reporting any issue to our Product Department
  • Manage relationships/agreements with external partners/vendors

Requirements:


  • 3+ years of proven experience in serviced accommodation or hotels and operations
  • Excellent organisational and leadership qualities
  • Outstanding communication and people skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of industry's legal rules and guidelines
  • Flexibility to work weekends on shift and respond to occasional outofhours communications
  • In depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles
  • Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operations metrics
  • Fluency in French and English
