En tant que Conseiller(e) de Vente, vous jouez un rôle clé auprès de nos clients en vous assurant qu'ils passent un moment plaisant et relaxant au sein du magasin Sephora La Défense.

Vous leur faites vivre une expérience pleine de sens en les conseillant sur nos produits et la philosophie Rituals. Vos missions consistent à

Fidéliser, développer les ventes et animer la marque
Veiller au respect des clauses contractuelles (merchandising, animations, mises en avant)
Participer aux actions de marketing opérationnel (trade)
Effectuer un reporting régulier de votre activité, notamment en suivant les indicateurs de performance et les statistiques sur les clients
Assurer une veille commerciale (produits, tendances, concurrence...)

Nous serons heureux de considérer votre candidature si :

Vous avez une expérience de 2 années minimum dans le secteur des cosmétiques
Vous parlez couramment anglais
Vous avez idéalement une expérience en grands magasins ou parfumerie
Vous maîtrisez les techniques de vente et les différents canaux de vente (cross selling)
Vous avez une forte dimension relationnelle et de la rigueur dans le suivi client
Vous avez le goût du terrain et du challenge pour atteindre vos objectifs
