Responsibilities:

The overall mission is to ensure that the AYVENS Group complies with the instructions of the Société Générale Group as well as with national laws and regulations.

Key responsibilities will include:

Ensure compliance oversight of a panel of entities (through periodic conference calls, visits, day to day contact): be the single point of contact of entities, accompany and support entities in the roll out of Compliance requirements, follow up action plans and be able to identify risk areas.
Contribute to the production of Compliance risk dashboards and different risk assessment exercises : by analyzing and challenging different sources of information (quarterly reporting RCI, Compass synthesis, outcomes of GPS controls, of audits and LC2 results & recommendations)
Contribute to various Compliance reports and committees' documentation based on information coming from the oversight
Interact with the other Compliance pillars and SG Compliance team to be up to date with current events, roadmap and key messages to convey to entities

Profile required:

To succeed in this role, you have the following skills and experience:

Good level of English (written and verbal)
Minimum 57 years of Compliance experience, ideally in banking or financial business sector
Knowledge of leasing activities
High professional ethical standards and ability to deal with dilemmas
Communicate with impact, have a professional critical mindset
Cooperative mindset
Collaboration, agility, resultoriented and decision making;
Persuade and motivate others through collaboration and cooperation
